    Payment Methods

    We accept Visa and MasterCard. Orders will be processed upon payment verification and acceptance.

    Delivery Time

    Most in-stock items ship within 48 hours Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday or holiday will begin processing the next business day. Orders shipping leave our warehouse in Stouffville, ON. If items are out of stock or back ordered we will contact you by phone or email.

    Please allow 2 weeks for receipt of order. Most back orders ship within 3-4 weeks.

    Shipping

    Orders ship by FedEx ground unless requested otherwise.

    Online Pricing

    All pricing is in CAD (Canadian dollars). Your credit card company will convert the amount into your local currency. Contact your bank directly for the conversion rate.

    Changes in Pricing

    Online pricing and products available are subject to change without notice. We try to display items which are currently available however it is possible that colours/sizes can be out of stock at the time of your order.

    Substitution

    We reserve the right to substitution due to manufacturing requirements or adjustments.
